In one line: this is educational material about public filings, it is not advice, and you use it at your own risk.

By using filingroom.in you accept these terms. They are short because the site does very little to you: there is nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy and nothing to submit.

What this site is, and what it is not

Filing Room publishes figures read out of Indian IPO filings, with the document and the page each figure came from, and explanatory writing about how the process works.

Neither this platform nor its author is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, a rating, a score, or an opinion about whether any security is worth buying, selling or applying for. Nothing here is an offer or an invitation to invest in anything.

If you want advice about an investment, consult a professional registered to give it.

The figures

We read figures out of documents and we publish the citation next to each one, so you can check it. Every published figure is verified a second way before it appears, and a figure that fails that check is withheld rather than guessed at.

Even so, filings are long, extraction is imperfect and we will get things wrong. The filing is authoritative and this site is not. Before you act on any number here, open the document we cite and read it yourself. That is the whole reason the citation is there.

Dates computed from regulations, including lock-in expiry dates, are arithmetic applied to a date stated in a filing. Regulations change, issues get corrected, and a trading calendar can move. A date on this site is our reading of the rules as they stand, not an assurance about what will happen.

No warranty, and what we are liable for

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, including trading and investment losses, losses from a figure that turned out to be wrong, and losses from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Nobody at Filing Room knows your circumstances, and nothing here is tailored to them.

Positions and money

Nobody involved in Filing Room holds a position in any security covered here. The site takes no money from anyone: no advertising, no sponsorship, no affiliate arrangement, no paid tier, no paid interviews and no paid placements. This is a commitment, not a current state of affairs that might change quietly. If it ever changes, it will be announced on the site before anything is published under the new arrangement.

Using what is here

The filings themselves are public documents published by SEBI, the exchanges and the issuers, and they are theirs, not ours.

Our own writing, the explanations, the arithmetic and the published figures, may be quoted, shared and taught with attribution to filingroom.in. Please do not republish a figure without the citation attached, because the citation is the thing that makes it checkable and a number without one is exactly what this site exists not to produce.

Card images are meant to be forwarded. Each carries its own disclaimer and its own source line for that reason. Please forward them unaltered.

What you may not do

Do not use the site in a way that interferes with it or with other readers: no attempt to break it, no scraping that behaves like an attack, no republishing it as though it were yours, and nothing unlawful.

Where we link to a filing, an exchange or a regulator, we do not control that site and are not responsible for it.

Changes, law and courts

These terms may change. A material change will be dated on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction at the publisher's registered office in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Until the limited liability partnership described on the privacy page is incorporated, that office does not yet exist; when it does, it will be named here and the change dated.
